CONDITION COVER : VERY GOOD minus- see pics - some ringwear evident on front & back / corner bumps & some minor edge wear / very minor split to bottom front right corner 0.6 cm / clean & intact cover laminate all ok.
CONDITION RECORD : VERY GOOD + some marks visible .

On 25-May-12 at 10:23:20 BST, seller added the following information: Notes re PLAYING CONDITION added : Record on visual check looks EXCELLENT MINUS but I think VG+ is best description for playing condition. SIDE ONE 1st track has some light background surface crackle audible to about halfway through then a lot clearer. Track 2 less evident but still occasional light surface crackle audible in quiet parts. SIDE TWO 1st track again some light surface noise & odd 'pop' / 'click' at start of track. 2nd track is clear & sharp & stunning recording. I know Bach's Air on a G String has been 'popularised' & a favourite classic piece But I've never heard it played like this. Overall be assured none of the surface noise detracts too much from enjoyment of this amazing record. It's a must for any violin recordings collector.
