Description
Here is a copy of MISFITS - Evilive PL9-08 LP on Plan 9 Records. This copy is one of the rare "text label" copies which were released in tiny quantities. Here's some info for all the Misfits collectors: Front cover has top of lettering and the barcode on the rear seems "cut off" due to a print error. Has the Caroline Records 5 Crosby Street address. Run-out grooves has the following info: Mastered by Trutone P9 7-87 and PL-9-08-A (and B for the corresponding side). Has "Evilive Music" on the label. Vinyl appears to be translucent (when held up to light you can see the outline of your hand between the vinyl and the light through the record). Cover VG+ Vinyl appears to be VG+ but plays excellently with no flaws. For more info see this great website: http://www.misfitscentral.com/misfits/discog.php
This was purchased brand new by me back in 1989 as an import from "Our Price Records" in Windsor (yes, near the castle!). I bought it alongside The Damned's "Best of The Damned vol 1 and a half!! Great times..! I have owned it since and looked after it very well. I hope it goes to someone else who will also look after and appreciates it...
