Description
MISFITS WALK AMONG US 1ST US PRESSING FROM 1982 PROMO COPY WITH POSTER, ORDER FORM AND INNER SLEEVE!
This is not an easy one to let go by any means as they rarely come up for sale these days with the poster and insert intact. Here’s your chance to own it all in one shot! This is a nice copy all around and needs a new home!
Here is the breakdown of what you get:
POSTER: IS BADASS. Very nice shape, minimal wear. Looks like it’s never been hung up or used. No pinholes! Back is pretty white and looks clean. There are a couple minor creases on the lower corners (please see photos). No tearing and looks practically untouched. Very nice example of the promo poster. These posters are becoming harder and harder to find. Poster is almost 40 years old and looks great, will present well in a frame.
ORDER FORM: This is the original order form in overall good condition. Some minor age yellowing around the edges, and a small ripple at the top right corner (please see photos) but overall, nice example of the original order form. Presents well and looks awesome.
RECORD JACKET: Record jacket is in beautiful condition, one of the nicest examples I’ve personally seen and come across. There’s very minor wearing along the edges (please see photos). No seam splits! I typically don’t like to use ratting’s as everyone has their own opinion, but I would say this jacket is VG+-NM. It’s awesome. There is a cut corner and that’s what indicates that this is a promo copy. (Please see photos to judge jacket condition for yourself)
INNER PICTURE SLEEVE: In overall great shape. Very, very small seam split on the side (please see photos) other than that looks practically untouched.
RECORD: Is in overall good shape as well. I have personally vacuumed cleaned it and keep it stored in a Mofi sleeve for protection. There are some light surface marks more on side B than A, which is typically for a punk record of the time. I have not played this copy in a while, but I believe it sounds pretty good, I’ve owned 3 and the sound quality is not really known to be amazing. Clean first press copies are hard to come by these days so its very collectible. But still a nice one to own. I would say (my opinion) VG-VG+
IN SUMMARY: Overall this is a really nice clean copy of a 1st press promo Walk Among Us record with poster, insert order form and inner sleeve. Don’t miss you chance to own this amazing piece for the collection! It’s truly awesome, and extremely difficult for me to let go.
ALL SALES FINAL: All Sales are final. I described the record as detailed as possible and provided plenty of photos for you to make your own judgment on. If you have any question about the item, I will absolutely answer them to the best of my ability. I assume most people know what this record is and how rare it’s become with the poster and insert together. It’s truly a great piece to add to the collection. I am a very reliable seller with 100% positive feedback and have been selling on eBay for about a decade. I have been collecting records for a couple decades now and I have a pretty big Misfits/Danzig/Samhain record collection. Record will be very well packaged during transit.
