The sleeve, insert and center ring label are all credited to Lana Del Rey, however the music recorded on the record is the debut album "Sleep Through It" by Wildhoney.

This was pressed late in the third quarter of 2015, by United Record Pressing in Tennessee, and was likely the result of a mix up of stampers at the plant.
