  • Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
  • Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have some wear around the center hold)     
  • Sleeve: VGVG (Front has surface wear from the record. Wear along the edges and corners. Some tape on the top and bottom edges. Water stain at right bottom and edge with rippling. Some tape on back open edge)
