Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’


Deutschpunk classic, released in 1983. All these 11 tracks were released in the 2 x 7” format way back in 1979. Here's your chance to buy the same tracks again but the songs were remastered which means the sound is better. MITTAGSPAUSE are from the city of Düsseldorf, home of ZK, MALE and KFC. This rarity was released on the great 'Pure Freude' label in 1983 (catalogue number PF 18 CK 9). The label name ‘CK’ stands for Carmen Knoebel, the founder of the ‘Pure Freude’ label and owner of the well-known punk club Ratinger Hof in Düsseldorf. The band includes Thomas Schwebel from S.Y.P.H. Also featured are Peter Hein aka Janie Jones and Markus Oehlen from CHARLEY’S GIRLS and FEHLFARBEN plus Franz Bielmeier who founded the ‘Rondo’ label. Listen to fantastic tracks like ‘Innenstadtfront’ / ‘In Der Tat’ / ‘1979 Deutschland’ and the wonderful ‘X9200’ with superb ‘X9200’ backing choruses. The all-time classic ‘Ernstfall’ is the pre-FEHLFARBEN version. The brilliant ’Millitürk’ was recorded with help from Delgado-Lopez of DAF. ‘3x Nordpol’ and ‘Testbild’ are also real blasters. Complete with info sheet and in lovely condition.

Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special LP record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
