 (Kinniku-Bijo Records, 1981, KBR-119)

 Mega-rare 1st LP by Mizutama-Shobodan(a.k.a. The Polka Dot Fire Brigade), the all-female, early Japanese synth/new wave/post-punk band formed in 1978. They put out the 7" flexi on Aspirin Records a little before this LP. Their releases are super hard to find. The LP contains 12 awesome tunes. The vinyl is Mint like new and the thick cardboard sleeve is in EX+ condition. Clean copy. Comes with folded insert. A stamped and numbered sticker is on the back sleeve(this copy is # 1366). Mizutama-Shobodan often played their shows with the bands like Lizard, P-Model, The Stalin, Daisuck & Prostitute, Zelda, Jagatara, Non Band, Friction, Mirrors and the other Tokyo Rockers related bands mainly in the Tokyo area. The singer/guitarist Tenko has been active in the various avant/post-punk/wave bands after Mizutama-Shobodan broke up in the mid '80s. Tenko and another member later formed Frank Chickens(know the song "We Are Ninja"!?) Don't miss a chance to own this true gem!! The Plastics fans might dig this LP, too.
