THE MODERN JAZZ QUARTET - 'UNDER THE JASMINE TREE'
This rare SOUTH AFRICAN pressing was the 4th album released on The Beatles' Apple Records label in 1968 as SAPCOR 4
Machine stamped matrices: SAPCOR 4A & SAPCOR 4B
Vinyl weight: 168g
Housed in a South African printed front laminated Apple Records cover, with plain white inner-sleeve.

Clean & bright with just a handful of well-aimed spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Glossy & unworn playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight and bear only some harmless wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine beneath halogen light.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT
This little played copy sounds superb with a little vinyl background in the quieter sections, but no other audible faults or distractions whatsoever.
Cover: EXCELLENT -
A fully intact example with light corner wear but no other significant issues to the front.
There is a touch of foxing to the opening edges and on the rear panel.
Both seams are fully intact, as is the slightly crushed spine.
