NB. Without doubt this 100% ORIGINAL 1970s French Pressing of "SAFE AS MILK" has to be the most BEAUTIFUL (+ extremely COLLECTIBLE) Worldwide Pressing of any CAPTAIN BEEFHEART & HIS MAGIC BAND LP outside of the 1st US Buddah Pressing with Bumper Sticker!  Apart from Japan & a couple of very obscure Limited Pressings in the UK, Coloured Vinyl was rarely if ever seen by the average collector. It can be eclipsed by a WITHDRAWN FRENCH "YELLOW" TEST PRESSING of this LP, of which I know of only 1 copy in existence! If you are a collector of The Magic Band, then this is the 'piece de la resistance' of the Worldwide SAFE AS MILK Pressings and here is probably one of the best quality copies you will EVER find!!!  The shiny 'laminate' cover that covers the Cover is IMMACULATE and is without any noticeable wear tear, crease or peel, & it has a perfect readable spine. The Outside Label is easily removable with no marks whatsoever (I have taken it off & it leaves NO MARK WHATSOEVER but I put it back on only for authenticity!)  Vinyl looks practically  pristine with little( if any!) signs of being played.  No visible Writing or stains on either Cover or Label so what more could you ask for. . altho' There is a very slight indentation on the cover where it was once pen priced but this is barely visible & I cannot believe any serious collector would not wish to own this LP.)  If I was really severe, I would still have to grade it as EX++/MINT-

 Considering it's RARITY (& CONDITION..) you will only see a copy in this sort of quality once in 5-10 -YEARS!!!  I Have not put a RESERVE on it but the last N/MINT Copy sold by Eil on Ebay fetched £150 so if it doesn't get to 3 figures, I may have to reconsider it's listing..
