About This Record. I am selling my Pearl Jam vinyl LP collection. This is an original copy of Pearl Jam's "Riot Act" 2LP set from 2002 with both NM innersleeves and NM mind-blowing booklet with lyrics, page for each song!). The gatefold cover has never been opened and is in the shrink wrap with the original sticker for Riot Act still on it. Otherwise, I would show you a photo of what lurks inside the gatefold cover. I am the original owner of this and have only played it a couple of times at most . . . from start to finish. This has been stored in plastic sleeves since purchase, and has Perfect innersleeves with NO seam splits or spine splits (because I removed the vinyl from the innersleeves after the first play, and placed the vinyl in a new rice paper style innersleeve after cleaning on my Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine).
PLEASE CHECK my Feedback which will show you my grading, Cover/Vinyl, of other 45rpms and LPs I have recently sold graded Mint Minus (you won't find any) but you can find NM or EX or EX- or VG+ or VG (or whatever) AND what the lucky people who bought them think of them and our experience. The photos of the labels or cover list the songs and any possible details about the labels.

Comes cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaner and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren. And at least one plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).
Cover Condition: Mint Minus (M-). Tip Top archive copy in shrinkwrap with original sticker; this is a gatefold cover that has never been opened because it is still in the shrinkwrap with the sticker! Smart Me and lucky You! Please SEE all my photos; I did not take them for fun and frolic and they could answer any question you have.
Vinyl Condition: Mint Minus (M-) Top Archive Copy of this 2LP set; comes cleaned on my KLA Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine (like I always do), even though it did not need to be cleaned.
Labels. Perfect labels. Please look at my photos in case I missed something.
Inserts: Comes with original inserts as seen in the photos, including the both two sided inner sleeves, the Riot Act Booklet in M- condition, and in the shrinkwrap with "Riot Act" sticker on the shrink wrap. See photos.
Packaging. I clean all vinyl on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original. I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve from the cover after cleaning, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection. I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack in an MLP-1 oversize box with corner protectors, or a regular NICE cardboard box with at least two insert stiffeners, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
