Up for auction here is Bizet's "Carmen" performed under the direction of Sir Georg Solti on the Mobile Fidelity label, catalog #MFSL 3-530. The LPs look unplayed and come with perfect Mobile Fidelity hard inner protectors and NM covers. The warranty card is NM, the booklet has a few light creases like someone got it caught sliding it back in the box. The outer box is in nice shape, though the metal plate (with Limited Edition 1003 on it) on back is starting to come loose. This has a slight mildew odor to it as it was stored in a damp basement for awhile. The smell has really started to fade quickly since I bought it and have stored it properly. People pay a lot of money for marginal albums on this label....why not buy one that is musically satisfying? Shipping is $4 in the US (or $8 for Priority Mail), $14 to Canada and $24 to the rest of the world. Additional LPs are $1 each in the US, $3 to Canada and $6 each to the rest of the world. I pack records outside of the covers to protect the seams from splitting. They are shipped in dedicated record mailers with padded inserts. I spend a lot of time and money on shipping with care so your record looks as good when it arrives as it did when it left.
