Repress of the 2015 edition from 2021 with green-tipped labels on the discs and the back of the box is white, not black. Unlike the hand-written numbering on Kind Of Blue, the numbering is gold-stamped onto the rear of the box.

Issued in "special limited edition" gold-stamped numbered slip-top box, with two foam inserts. Printed in the U.S.A.

Includes an 8-page 11-3/4" x 11-3/4" booklet with photographs and original liner notes, cat. # 8869794631.

First catalog number (MFSL 2-45011) on box spine, labels.
Second catalog number (88697943631) on box back, booklet, in label matrices.
