Run, Run, Run / If I Weren't So Lonely

Another 45 I couldn't find much information on.  The record appears have a lot of surface dust and dirt, some surface scratches noted.  I figured the vinyl crowd will know the best way to bring this back to life if possible.  I do not believe this was ever released.
I was told this is an acetate recording, the lacquer is not in great shape but appears to be adhered to the record.



45 found in the box without a sleeve, does show some light surface marks.   Purchased from the estate of James Testo, found in a huge box of items about various Cleveland area bands.  I put it in the plain white sleeve.
