We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. - Actually was USA released in 1965 ... HOWEVER, This a far superior LP version features 16 tracks and many based on the AWESOME 1965 BRITISH metal masters it comes from. This high end Japanese pressing is to that of an AUDIOPHILE styled release!

NOT to be confused with the Lulu who soared to the top of the charts with her success of "To Sir With Love," this album is altogether a totally different animal.

The tracks feature LULU & THE LOVERS, circa '65 / '66 and features a formidable beat-rock sound with often tough punky-girl vocals & Jimmy Page guests on guitar.

This LP was released back when Jimmy Page was a top session guitarist and can be found all over the first album by "Them." --

"From Lulu With Love" features a pretty strong cross-section of her mid '60s sides, which saw her concentrating on beat-rock and R&B rather than pop ballads, which, a few years later, made her a star.. Besides the British raver "Shout" and "Leave a Little Love," it has Van Morrison & Them's popular "Here Comes the Night," which, by the way, she recorded before Them's hit version. Elsewhere, "I'll Come Running," is one of her raunchiest tracks, which also features Jimmy Page on guitar. One of the album's best tracks is "Chocolate Ice," an unlikely groover of teen-glories and Lulu's got the sexy "Boots Are Made For Walkin' -girl tone which arguably passes the also hot-wired Diana Lee version with a groovy attitude. Together those tracks stand up well along with good gutsy takes on the "Try To Understand" and "She Will Break Your Heart," coupled with "Night Time Is The Right Time."
