RICH RAGS     "Rejected" 4 song 7 inch ep

Orange Records 1979

Here is one of the most rare Florida psych punk records out there.  This is the "Rejected" ep by Tampa, Florida seminal garage punk band RICH RAGS.  Released in 1979 on Orange Records (owned by John Lennon's friend David Peel, this NY label also released the earliest records of GG ALLIN).   Only 100 made.   RICH RAGS were one of the first bands in the TAMPA BAY area punk and new wave scene.  Actually the scene revolved around them and a few other obscure bands like ZENITH NADER.  This record is extremely rare and hardly comes up at auction.  When it does it has sold for as much as $1,000.00.  Although the thin paper cover has a lot of wear it seldom is included with the vinyl.  The cover has rejected hand stamped in red by the band.  Vinyl is in excellent condition.  Serious bidders only.
