Moondog was a street musician who was first recorded by Tony Scwartz as part of a project to records street music in New York. This EP is the fruit of those recording and led to Moondog becoming a cult artists and considered as a unique avant garde composer and performer. This EP was originally released in America and this is the rare UK release on London Records. Cat number is REP1010

As for the music it is wonderfully rhythmic and fun and although avant garde has echoes of more modern artists like Four Tet or Sun Ra without the horns and vocals. Great music.
As for condition considering the record is 53 years old te sleeve is in excellent condition as is the record. I have played it and there are no scratches clicks or pops.
