This is an exceptionally well preserved copy of Moonkyte's one and only lp... an incredibly rare, stunningly recorded slice of Northern British prog / psychedelia. It also features beautifully whimsical sleevenotes by the great JOHN PEEL.
This copy has only recently surfaced and was thought to be long lost. It belonged to the sister of Dave Foster - founder member of Moonkyte!!
The record has some very, very light surface wear . IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC!! It was apparently only played a couple of times as Dave's sister was not much of a psych-head!
If there is a copy of this lp in better condition it must be an unplayed one! I very much doubt that it exists!
The sleeve has some minor wear but is truly in fantastic condition for it's age. The photo represents the quality of the item very well. The spine information is perfectly legible.
The inner sleeve has a 2 inch slit on one side but is otherwise spotless.
The blue MOTHER label is also in exceptional condition but the spindle hole has been cut twice in the label on one side. THE ACTUAL HOLE IS AS IT SHOULD BE!!!

This record actually belonged to Dave Foster's mother - not his sister, and was returned to him after a few proud plays!
