Only items that are deemed faulty will be accepted back and full refund issued. In the event that a DVD/BLU RAY does not play it is recommended that item is played in another player to assure item is faulty.

Shipping

Free postage includes standard regular post. If you wish to have a tracking number you must purchase registered post.
