ORIGINAL USA 1ST PRESS "MATT" FOLD OUT COVER!  MATRIX: CPLP 4507S A4 & CPLP 4507S B4 (STAMPED MATRIXES) EARLIEST EVER POSSIBLE!

Vinyl is VG+ to VG++, plays well, with only faint background noise here and there.

The left part of the gatefold cover is in strong VG condition, while the right part in only G+, heavy ringwear and heavily corrugated in the opening side. Little punch hole on lower left corner.
