Description

For anyone who doesn’t know, this is a one-sided 7” FACT 244+ single featuring an out-take of Suedehead single b-side I Know Very Well How I Got My Name. However, this is a live take with Vini Reilly on acoustic guitar & Morrissey (The Smiths) on vocals. The guitar arrangement is much better than the released version; with Vini showing off an intricate finger-picking style. The take breaks down after it’s two verses when Vinni fluffs a note & the two start laughing.

 This record was never available commercially, being given away with first pressings of the Durutti Column album: Vini Reilly.FACT 244.
