Today, I have the original US 12" by Morrissey for "We Hate It When Our Friends Become Successful," pressed on purple vinyl. This was a very limited edition back in 1992 when it was released. It wasn't often you got to see colored vinyl and these sold out quite quickly.
This 12" is in EX condition. As I indicated above, it was opened, played once and added to my record inventory. The record looks flawless but I know it was played once. It still contains the original shrinkwrap and hype sticker. I would say the cover is in EX condition, as well, with extremely minor wear. Only light touching on two of the corners and a small amount of shelfwear at the top opening. It comes with a generic plastic insert sleeve that holds the purple vinyl 12".
