MOSAIC MQ5-166  CURTIS FULLER  The Complete Blue Note/United Artists Sessions

A long-deleted 5LP box set, covering the few recordings under his own name made by this fine trombone player on Blue Note and United Artists 1957-59. Among the sidemen here are: Lee Morgan/Art Farmer (tp); Slide Hampton (tb); Hank Mobley/Tate Houston (reeds); and Sonny Clark/Bobby Timmons/Tommy Flanagan (p). This has the usual luxury booklet with high-definition photographs, full track listings and discographical details. There is one previously unissued performance. (More information on request.)

DESCRIPTION/CONDITION : The discs are E+toN- (VG++toM-), with a few very light scuffs only, visible under a bright 'grading' light. The box is E+ (VG++), with slight surface rubbing/scratching/creasing and slight edge rubbing. There are no seam splits.
