Athens-based producer Ilias Katelanos and Greek partner Plecta anchor the latest instalment on Melody Of the Soul, joined on the A-side by fellow Greek vocalist Alexandra Savvidi and label founder M.O.S. 'When We Are Alone' is the standout opener, a languid deep house glide where Savvidi's vocal lines blur with lush pads and restrained percussion. The trio return for 'Nymfes', a dreamier piece that leans on ethereal melodies and hushed atmospheres, perfectly pitched for late-night transitions. Flip the record and Katelanos with Plecta stretch out further: 'Althea' balances organic textures with a subtle, driving bassline, while 'Kentima' closes with a tighter, groove-led focus, stitching together understated rhythms and warm harmonic detail. It's a finely measured four-tracker, steeped in Greek deep house sensibility yet crafted for global dancefloors.
