Description

You are bidding on a beautiful ORIGINAL 1966 FIRST PRESSING of the legendary first LP by FRANK ZAPPA entitled "THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION- FREAK OUT" on the original "DEEP GROOVE" stereo blue Verve V6-5005-2 label.  The condition of the GATEFOLD COVER is a conservative VG++ with just a hint of noticable wear and there are no seam splits!!  This ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING also has the blurb on the inside of the gatefold cover for the "FREAK OUT HOT SPOTS" map which was deleted from all later pressings (see scan)!!!  Unfortunately this copy does not include the original map.  The condition of both discs (it's a 2LP set) are also a very conservative VG++ with only a couple of ultra light hairlines but still exhibit brilliant gloss and they both play nearly perfect from start to finish!!  THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL KEEPER COPY OF A LEGENDARY AND BRILLIANT EARLY PSYCHEDELIC ROCK LP and is ESSENTIAL FOR ALL PSYCH OR FRANK ZAPPA COLLECTORS!!!!!!  There will be no reserve and a low low minimum bid of $24.99!!  Bid with confidence!  GOOD LUCK!!
