Visually graded condition of disc: NM-/NM  
(Unplayed. Side one has a light mark from the sleeve on the first two cuts - will not affect play. Side 2 is spotless. Pure vinyl promo pressing is translucent when held up to light) 

Condition of sleeve: Light shelf wear. Bottom corners are dinged. Top right corner has a small bend. Promo slit at top left. Gold promo stamp on back. Includes pic/lyrics inner sleeve which has splits on both sides - common with promos sent thru the mail to radio stations.

These records were sorted, stored, moved a few times, and then stored again for decades.
Some carefully, others were not.
All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
