This is an unplayed, new 12 inch MOTLEY CRUE single containing the songs Primal Scream, Dancing On Glass, Red Hot (exclusive Live version) and Dr Feelgood (exclusive Live version), released in the United Kingdom in 1991 in a very limited edition containing a special patch suitable to apply to a jacket. 
This special edition comes in an exclusive gatefold picture sleeve and includes an amazing Giant Patch. The record and its picture cover are both in mint condition and the Patch has never been touched. Everything is still sealed in is original shrinkwrap.
