AN EVER RARER UK PRESSING OF THIS MOTOWN CLASSIC FROM EDWIN STARR 'TIME' / 'BACK AND FORTH'.
FIRST RELEASED ON UK TAMLA MOTOWN RECORDS IN 1970.
STARR IS WIDELY KNOWN FOR HIS MEGA HIT 'WAR' BUT THIS IS AN EQUALLY GOOD SINGLE.
THE SINGLE WAS ORIGINALLY RELEASED IN 1970 (TMG 725) (THIS RELEASE IS THE 2ND PRESSING - TMG 1028) AND IS A SUPERB MOTOWN CLASSIC.
THE SINGLE PLAYGRADES AT A SOLID VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+).
Both sides of the label are VG Plus as there is a Blue 'X' across the Motown Logo (see pics for exact condition). The vinyl does have some surface marks however these do not have any major impact on playback
It is supplied in its original Tamla Motown company sleeve and a poly sleeve for extra protection
This record rarely comes up for sale. I grade strictly to the Rare Record Grading System and include a definition of grading below:

Very Good Plus Description:
The record has obviously been played many times, but apart from minor background noise displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite some surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is perfectly acceptable
