I’m quite sure hat this record was never released in Italy (it’s not in any Mott The Hoople discography).

The Italian record companies used to cut a central hole on the deleted/withdraw singles covers to recycle them as bags for promo and juke box singles (which weren't released with a picture sleeve).
I grade it M- (the cover has just very light creases).? The item will be sent registered by air mail.
