COVER CONDITION    Excellent  (EX), The flipback cover is in nice condition with some light wear and a crease.

RECORD CONDITION  Very Good Plus Plus  (VG++), the record is in nice condition with a few light scratches and a few light scuffs, the labels look near new with no wear

GENERAL COMMENTS  This is an Australian only ep, this is one of the better copies that I have found, it's a nice kepper copy
