Columbia Records stereo MS 6135, early gray 6 eye label disc, no "CBS" at the top of the label,  pressed in the US. 

Chamber Music From Marlboro.  Rudolf Serkin plays the Brahms horn trio with Myron Bloom, horn, and Michael Tree, violin.  Also includes Schubert "Auf Dem Strom", with soprano Benita Valente.  See pics for program details.
