MU - Lemurian Music.
Merrell Fankhauser/Jeff Cotton/Randy Wimer/Larry Willey.
UNITED ARTISTS labels. UK first pressing. UAG 29709. (1974). Original printed inner sleeve (plus generic UA inner sleeve).
Glorious fully laminated sleeve is in remarkable shape: EX+ overall. A very light diagonal surface bend top left but nothing really to fault.
No seam splits. No repairs or touch-ins. Absolutely STUNNING example of this rare California-born prog/psych gem. Includes rare printed inner sleeve. I will also include the generic UA inner sleeve too.
Rare! (I sold my original USA near-mint copy on RTV labels for £500 recently). For the USA issues, both the RTV and later CAS label versions (both 'Private label' releases) were pressed in tiny amounts in the USA. This was the official bona-fide big label UK release of what was otherwise a very limited, 'privately pressed' album.
Cream and tan coloured UA labels. Glossy mid-heavyweight high quality vinyl. Stunning audio quality.
A prog/psych classic and a total masterpiece. Jeff Cotton (from Captain Beefheart's Magic Band) on (incredible!) guitar. Very innovative music with diverse influences and decades ahead of its time.
The vinyl grades EX++ to Near-Mint. It remains in fabulous collector condition. Audio quality is superb and clear. Looks to have only been played a few times on high-quality hi-fi kit.
