ATTENTION 1960s BLUES LP COLLECTORS!
HERE IS A RARE 1969 STEREO LP!
THE MUDDY WATERS BLUES BAND:
"LUTHER GEORGIA BOY SNAKE JOHNSON". TRANSATLANTIC TRA 188+THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE A1/B1 MATRIXES. EXCELLENT, GENUINE STEREO. THICK VINYL. STRICTLY GRADED AS NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH A FEW HAIRLINE SURFACE MARKS-HARDLY ANY SURFACE NOISE.NO CLICKS,STICKS OR JUMPS.
THE COVER HAS A SMALL SPLIT AT THE TOP EDGE CENTRE MEASURING 6CM AND SOME EDGE WEAR,A TINY SPOT SURFACE TEAR AT THE BACK+SOME EDGE CREASES BUT NO WRITING OR REPAIRS. THERE WAS MINIMAL ATTENTION OR SALES FOR THIS LP ISSUED AT A TIME WHEN THERE WERE MANY BLUES LPs BEING RELEASED.IT WAS NOT IN PRINT FOR LONG AND RARELY TURNS UP IN 2013! A LOW REALISTIC £12 STARTING PRICE.
Over the years I have helped to add to the collections of many BLUES MUSIC collectors and given my experience, I am aware of the titles that are GENUINE RARE ITEMS.
Now of course for those who are"chained"to the record collector price guide books,for whom I am one of the main consultants, the prices are still a SUGGESTION and as we all know ACTUAL prices SOLD can vary.
The sellers on ebay who continually put"listed"or "list price"on everything should be aware of this!!!!
