Released on the CHESS Label.
The numbers are; CHLS 222, Stereo PLAYABLE recording.
The Tracks are;

The record cover is in good condition with no tears or spilts and has a crease on the lower right hand corner.
The record is in EXCELLENT Condition.
VINYL RATINGS
MINT; Record is brand new condition with no surface marks or loss of sound quality. The cover and other inserts such as lyric sheets, poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: Record shows some sign of having been played and there is very little loss of sound quality. May have faint surface marks, minor scratches and fingerprints. Record cover and inserts may have slight wear and creasing.
VERY GOOD PLUS: Record has been played many times with no major loss in sound quality, despite surface marks and light scratching. Normal wear and tear on cover and extra items without major defects.
GOOD: Significant surface noise and scratches with the sleeve splits, tape, writing, mould and excessive cover ringwear. I DON`T BOTHER LISTING THIS TYPE OF VINYL IT IS RECYCLED.
