Double LP set from Muddy Waters titled "Fathers And Sons" released by Chess (LPS 127) in 1969. Double slab of Chicago blues from the mighty Muddy Waters and Otis Spann teamed with the young blues upstarts from the Paul Butterfield Blues Band plus others like Donald "Duck" Dunn and Buddy Miles. Muddy is reinvigorated after the ill-advised "Electric Mud" album and these recordings are full of drive and intensity. Essential!

All labels are in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition. Both vinyl records are in EXCELLENT/MINT- condition with new-like luster, a small surface blemish and some very light sleeve stains. Both vinyl records play with occasional light extraneous surface noises...sounds great! Gatefold cover is in EXCELLENT condition with wear at left corners, some edgewear and light surface wear...no splits or writing. NO RESERVE.
