Muddy Waters, I'm Ready LP.  This is an advance promo copy that I purchased from my friend's private collection several years ago.  It is signed by Muddy Waters on the front as shown.  Guaranteed 100% legitimate.  This came from the collection of Bob Gelms, former disc jockey at WXRT in Chicago.  Bob was a long time friend of Muddy's and producer on Muddy's last recording released on Alligator Records, "Blues Deluxe" LP.
