THIS WEEK I WILL BE LISTING A COLLECTION OF R&B AND BLUES ORIGINAL LPS FROM THE 50S AND 60S, ALL OF WHICH WERE PURCHASED BY THE OWNER WHEN FIRST RELEASED SO ARE MAINLY ALL FIRST, IF NOT EARLY PRESSES INCLUDING ARTISTS SUCH AS BO DIDDLEY, CHUCK BERRY, MUDDY WATER, RAY CHARLES AND JOHN LEE HOOKER AMONGST OTHERS SO:

I have entered a detailed description as possible below but firstly I would like to highlight a few points to any potential buyers.

All my grading's are based on that given in the Record Collector Rare Record Guide and for further piece of mind offer the following refund policy:

please be aware, I have no facility to play the record therefore, albeit as detailed as possible, the description is based on careful visual observation only.

I am based in Southern Spain in order to minimise the cost of shipping from here I use the standard economy parcel service to the UK and beyond, if you wish the further peace of mind of an insured protected service please let me know and I will be happy to quote you a revised shipping cost in this case.

Due to other commitments, I carry out one postal run per week every thursday, providing cleared funds are released by  Wednesday evening your item will be dispatched.

SLEEVE - VG- THICK CARD PASTED FRONT COVER SLEEVE, 3 CM SPLIT TO BOTTOM RIGHT OPENING EDGE CORNER, LIGHT STORAGE WEAR TO BOTTOM EDGE AND THE ODD SPOT WEAR TO TOP EDGE, SPINE RETAINS ORIGINAL SHAPE WITH NO WEAR, LIGHT STORAGE WEAR TO ALL CORNERS, OPENING EDGE HAS LITTLE WEAR, WHITE REAR PANEL FEATURING SLEEVE NOTES AND TRACK LISTING HAS GENERAL BUT VERY FAINT AGE BROWNING SPECIFICALLY TO OPENING EDGE, NO OTHER MARKS OR WEAR,  OVERALL THE ONLY MAJOR ISSUE IS THE BOTTOM CORNER SPLIT TO THIS OTHERWISE WELL PRESERVED SLEEVE.

INNER SLEEVE - VG PLAIN WHITE DOUBLE DIE CUT WHITE PAPER INNER SLEEVE, WITH STORAGE CREASING GENERAL AGE BROWNING, FAINT DISC IMPRESSION AND THE ODD FOXING SPOT, ONE OR TWO SMALL SPLITS TO TOP OPENING EDGE RESULTING IN SMALL FOLD BACK, OTHER THAN THIS NO SPLITS OR TEARS

LABELS - VG/EX BLACK AND SILVER CHESS RECORDING CORP. COMPANY LABELS, ONE OR TWO FAINT SPINDLE TRAILS TO SIDE 2, VARIOUS ONES TO SIDE 1, THE SILVER TEXT IS CLEAR WITH NO FADING OR RUBBING, NO OTHER MARKS OR WRITING.

VINYL VISUAL - VG/G+  CAREFUL INSPECTION OF BOTH SIDES OF THE RECORD REVEAL ONE 1 CM FAINT SCRATCH TO SIDE 1, SIDE 2 HAS 3 LONG HAIRLINE SCRATCHES TO PLAYING SURFACES, THESE ARE NON FEELABLE AND ARE NOT BY ANY MEANS DEEP, THE ODD 1 OR 2 SMALL SCRATCHES, VINYL LIES COMPLETELY FLAT AND RETAINS IT'S ORIGINAL DEEP GLOSS SHINE. GENERALLY LOOKS WELL PRESERVED AND APPEARS TO HAVE RECEIVED A FEW PLAYS, VINYL WOULD DEFINITELY BENEFIT FROM A GOOD SURFACE CLEAN.
