MUDDY WATERS: The Chess Box CHESS 12" LP 33 RPM 11 LP Box Set 1985 Japan. High Fidelity.


M- Mint Minus A near perfect, probably unplayed record. I rate M- because these are not play tested.


excellent condition. LPs still in original sleeves most probably never removed. Remove some lint that has probably been there since manufacturing and these will probably sound amazing!!

Back of Letter “T”slip cover has some residue on back. Same residue to a way lesser extent on cover of insert booklet. Not sure what it is but I wanted to note it. Insert booklet is in Japanese** some slip covers are beginning to split on sides and bottoms. Minor issue. please see photos for detailed condition.

Japanese only version. Released on Chess black label design. No track durations on labels. Comes with obi-strip, 20 pages booklet insert, 11 printed yellow inner sleeves that spell out Muddy Waters in big letters, one on each sleeve.

This is all 1947 to 1967 recordings on Chess label


Box set with everything weights approximately 4lb 14 oz.
