MUHAMMAD ALI CASSIUS CLAY Stand By Me 45 NORTHERN SOUL
Creditable job with the Ben E. King soul classic titled 'Stand By Me', backed with a patented Clay/Ali rhyming rap titled 'I Am The Greatest'. It is Columbia Records catalog number 4-43007.
Record comes packaged in an original mid-1960s Columbia Records stock company sleeve, which is in good shape with just a little wear and fraying across the top edge. Condition of vinyl play surface is in great shape with all original gloss and just a couple of light surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Record plays very smoothly with nearly no surface noise. Labels have a little bit of contact wear as can be seen in the accompanying image, no other flaws.
This is a very rare collectable item that you don't often see.
