Unplayed copy of the wonderful Mulatu Astatke collection of New York, Addis, and London sessions on Strut records double-LP STRUT051LP. Part of the Story of Ethiopia Jazz 1965-1975 series. Ethiopian vibes and marimba master, with all the wonderful Ethiopian rhythms and melodies that make this stuff so infectious. Hard to find a better collection of his stuff. This copy is unplayed with mint discs. Not sealed, but these records did not come sealed to begin with. Some stores or distributors might seal them themselves but they record company never sealed them. I got this straight from an LA distributor who could not sell it as new because the cover was damaged in shipping. It isn’t that bad, but the corners are all creased. The cover isn’t torn or stained or anything like that, but there are these creases. See photos. Still the discs are perfect. So if the music is what you mainly care about, here is your chance to get this album at a bargain.
