  Amazing LP  from the legendary Mulatu Astatke -- one of Ethiopia's funkiest musicians of the 70s, making a rare appearance here on this lost American recording! The album has been a holy grail for years amongst beatheads -- loved for its killer blend of weird rhythms, sweet funk, and super-dope vibes -- and the grooves on the set are really unique -- slow, snakey, and with a sinister, almost other-worldly feel. Every track is amazing  -- almost Roy Ayers meets Sun Ra with a hot dose of African funk thrown in for good measure!

SLEEVE/VINYL - VG/EX - lovely copy of a seriously tuff LP to find. Vinyl is super clean with minimal playwear & has been stoored seperate from sleeve for all the years Ive had it. Sleeve is unlaminated and has some mild edge wear/corner creasing but looks great. There is a neat 3inch sleeve seam seperation top & bottom, not really evident from front view.....Unlikely you gonna see one of these offered for long time!
