Front/Back: Laminated Gatefold cover, clean sleeve condition, some light age wear only. some minor shelf wear only. some scuffs, light edge & corner & spine wear, 2" top right bottom left middle spine seam split, some scuffs & age stain.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
