VINTAGE EXTREMELY RARE "MUSIC AT CHRISTMAS TIME FOR ELEMENTARY GRADES" - 1947 RCA VICTOR E-88 - 10" 78 RPM ALBUM - 4 RECORDS - EXCELLENT CONDITION

I don't have an elaborate record playing system - just my little Newcomb Model PS-146 Solid State portable player, but I have played all of these records and the sound grade would be excellent +, unless otherwise noted in the Notes.
I use the Vintage Jazz Mart (VJM) Record Grading System (see below). I am conservative in my grading and try to be honest about the condition. I don't want Buyers to be disappointed.
These 68-year old records are in Excellent Condition with very slight scuffing from sliding in and out of the sleeve and a couple of surface scratches, which do not affect the playing. They sound great. Unbelievably, the original shine is still there.
The record has label that states "NON-BREAKABLE UNDER NORMAL USE".
The Album Cover is in very good plus condition with wear on edges and spine. There is a name on the cover and there is tape at the top of the spine (see pictures. Inside the cover is nice but there is writing on each Album Sleeve (see pictures).

The Vintage Jazz Mart (VJM) Record Grading System is an internationally-used and recognized system for grading 78s. It is used by virtually all serious record dealers and collectors alike, with an easily understood sequence of letters to show grades and a system of abbreviations to show faults and damage.
N
As new and unplayed (there are virtually no 78s that can categorically be claimed to be unplayed).
N-
Nearly Mint, but has been played. No visible signs of wear or damage.
E+
Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets.
E
Still very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear, but a few inaudible scuffs and scratches.
E-
Still shiny but without the luster of a new record, few light scratches.
V+
is an average condition 78 in which scuffs and general use has dulled the finish somewhat. Wear is moderate but playing is generally free from distortion. Surface noise not overly pronounced.
V
Moderate, even wear throughout, but still very playable. Surface noise and scratches audible but not intrusive.
V-
Quite playable still, but distortion and heavy graying in loud passages. Music remains loud in most passages. Surface noise and scratches well below music level.
G+
Grey throughout but still serviceable. Music begins to sound muffled. Heavy scratches.
G
Quite seriously worn and scratched, but music level is still higher than surface noise.
G-
Music still prominent, but wear and scratch damage extensive.
F
Most of music remains audible over surface noise, but listening now uncomfortable.

Unplayable.
