Description
This is a very rare copy of the true first U.S. pressing with clear red vinyl of MUSIC FOR BIG DAME HUNTERS (Sound of a Thousand Strings) released by Crown Records in 1960, catalog number CST 199, featuring the beautiful pinup Irish McCulla on the cover. This is a highly desirable cheesecake / exotica sleeve. Would look beautiful framed!
This particular record and sleeve is typically found in terrible condition, and is often not good enough to be framed. This copy is a very nice example.
Condition:
SLEEVE: VG+ with a couple small and light edge creases. Very flat and glossy, no writing. 1" split at center of bottom of sleeve. 1/2" split at bottom opening of sleeve. Overall beautiful and would look great framed.
VINYL: VG+ with intact labels, excellent shiny luster on red vinyl, some light lines
Please let me know if you have any questions.
