Various : Music From Mathematics 10" LP BOX (Bell Telephone Laboratories [USA] 122227) 1960.
Record is VG. There is a large series of sleeve scuffs on side A causing light surface noise pretty much throughout the side, and quite a few repeated clicks, but no loud pops, no sticks or skips. Side two looks very clean but also has light noise throughout (nothing bad). Box is VG+ with light wear. With original 25-page color booklet, which is excellent with a few creases at the edges. Original rice paper inner sleeve has a small split in the middle of the bottom. Original copy of this early electronic music LP, released in 1960 by Bell Telephone. Half of the tracks are performed by computers, half are (to some extent) composed by computers. This was later partially reissued on a Decca LP with the same title (DL 9103, 1962) but about half of these tracks are only available on this, as far as we know. Tracks: Dr. J. R.
