GERMAN FIRST PRESSING VINYL LP IN LAMINATED SLEEVE.
Well, you either love this stuff or you hate it - ECM at its most avante-garde...Was Derek Bailey a genius or a shamen? Is this stuff 'listenable', is it 'beyond listenable', is it jazz at the outer extremes where other musics fear to go? Whatever way you look at it, it is amazing music - especially if you approach it from the Kandinsky perspective: 'Music is the abstraction of sound'. So, here we offer a very nice copy of one of the rarest and earliest ECM label releases, they do not show up often, so grab it while you can.

MATRIX NUMBERS IN RUN-OFF GROOVES: SIDE A: ST-ECM 1007 - A ST-ECM 1005-A / SIDE B: 1005 - B

SLEEVE: EXCELLENT MINUS, JUST LIGHT SHELF AND EDGE WEAR, AND ABSOLUTELY MINOR LAMINATE WEAR AT THE EDGES, WHICH IS UNUSUAL FOR THIS PERIOD ECM SLEEVES AS OFTEN THE LAMINATE IS FALLING OFF BY NOW. THERE IS SLIGHT YELLOWING TO THE REAR LAMINATE EDGES OVER TEH WHITE - ALL IN A SPLENDID COVER FOR ITS AGE AND USUAL CONDITION.

DISC: EXCELLENT. VERY CLEAN VINYL WITH NO MARKS OR SCRATCHES AND NO SPINDLE WEAR. DISC HAS PROBABLY BEEN PLAYED NO MORE THAN ONCE OR TWICE AND PLAYS AND SOUNDS EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS.
