MXPX - On The Cover, SEALED OOP Vinyl, Tooth & Nail 1996.
RARE find from my personal collection! From a pet/smoke free household. 
Sealed in shrink. There are small tears in the shrink at one of the corners and at the top right in the middle (see photos). The tears are in the shrink, NOT in the cover itself which is in amazing condition. I believe this to be the black pressing but can't be positive (it's a bonus if I'm wrong and it's white). 
The pictures make it look like the cover is yellowed a bit, but it's just the lighting - Color looks crisp and new.
