Mint: as new / Near Mint: small nearly visible marks from taking  out of the sleeve /

EXcellent: a few light surface scratches or marks, but doesn’t affect playing / Very Good:light scratches that doesn’t affect playing / Good: some scratches, it shows that the record has been played a lot, plays perfect / Fair: a lot of scratches, but the record does not skip / Poor: the record skips once or more, only to complete your collection.

 

Sleeve:

Mint: as new / Near Mint: almost invisible marks but it's clear the sleeve is not new/ EXcellent: except from some light marks  in perfect condition / Very Good: more visible marks, sleeve may be slightly wrinkled / Good: paper can be torn or folded, more severe marks on the sleeve / Fair: heavy wrinkles (water damage) or other heavy damages, but lyrics, track list, etc are still readable / Poor: Totally messed-up for completing your collection only.
