Cover condition: EX very light wear, mostly corners and edges (check pics)
Disc condition: VG+ to EX- some light marks and paper scuffing, nothing major.
Notes and additional info: VERY RARE Private Oregon metal EP.

*Anything less than strong VG to VG+ is rarely listed. Most of my items are EX and NM condition, top shape.
