I stumbled across this record while I was going through a box or records I bought in one shot from someone selling their collection many years ago. 
I didn't even realize I owned this record because I bought the bulk collection a decade ago or more.
Anyway, I never even touched it since I got it, and it's in really great shape! I listed the record grading to be VG+ but I am being very conservative with that rating. I imagine that when you see and hold the record, you will probably see it as meeting an EX rating.
