Limited edition. Each cover is individually silk-screened, and is numbered on the back. The release comes in a plastic sleeve with the sticker "Madlib Medicine Show No. 5 - History Of The Loop Digga, 1990-2000." Between 1000 and 1500 were pressed.

The material on the third disc is exclusive to this release and not available on the CD or regular double LP versions.
